Lisandro Musa

He holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law at Universidad Champagnat (Mendoza, Argentina) and a Master’s Degree in Law and Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (Buenos Aires, Argentina). He is a co-founding partner of the firm.

He primarily developed his professional career at recognized top-tier law firms—where he served as a partner at CLO | Cornu Labat - Otálvares—and at J.P. Morgan Chase, focusing on Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Fintech, Capital Markets, and Venture Capital. Additionally, he has actively collaborated in business acceleration and scalability programs across the region, having served as a mentor at Draper House Americas.

He specializes in international trade law, corporate law, contract law, and cross-border commercial transactions advisory, with notable experience advising both issuers and various capital market agents. Furthermore, he has a solid track record advising high-impact startups and Venture Capital funds on the structuring of their financing rounds, providing a dynamic legal approach strongly oriented toward business, finance, and the tech industry.

Manuel Ballon

He is a lawyer who graduated from the School of Law at the University of Buenos Aires and holds a Master’s Degree in Law and Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He also completed specialized studies in Fintech, Blockchain, and Cryptoassets, and is currently completing an MBA at Universidad del CEMA. He is a co-founding partner of the firm.

He developed a significant part of his professional career at the Argentine Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores – CNV), where he held positions of responsibility in the Legal Advisory and Investigations areas and actively participated in the analysis and development of regulations related to capital markets, fintech, and virtual assets. He also represented Argentina before IOSCO Committee 4, which focuses on international cooperation and enforcement among securities regulators. Previously, he worked at a leading law firm, advising companies on financial and capital markets transactions.

He specializes in financial regulation, fintech, payment services, capital markets, virtual assets, and regulatory compliance. His practice combines solid experience in the operation and design of regulatory frameworks with a strategic, business-oriented approach, advising companies, entrepreneurs, and investors on the structuring and development of projects operating in innovative and highly regulated environments.

Fabrizio Accordino

He is a lawyer specializing in Business Law, having graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 2018, and completed a Master’s Degree in Law and Economics at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He also pursued specialized studies in Law 4.0 and Emerging Technologies at Universidad Austral in 2021. He is a partner of the firm.

He has developed his professional career in the fields of compliance and anti-money laundering. He is a founding partner of AP Soluciones and previously worked in the Compliance & AML areas of Grupo Puente Hnos. and CSPartners. He has also taught regulatory compliance courses in collaboration with the Argentine Banking Association (ABA) and currently serves as statutory auditor of Impulsa Mendoza Sostenible S.A.

He specializes in anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist and proliferation financing (AML/CFT/CPF), fintech regulation, payment services, capital markets, and regulatory compliance. Throughout his career, he has advised regulated entities across a wide range of sectors, combining a strong academic background with practical experience in the design and implementation of compliance programs, regulatory assessments, independent external reviews, and representation before the Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF), the Argentine Securities Commission (CNV), the Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA), and INAES.
